Why should I use a travel agent?

Even in the age of online booking, travel agents are a great source of information and discounts. A travel agent can make sure that your trip is tailored to you, assist you in case of unexpected problems, and help you anticipate potential issues in advance. With a travel agent you can spend less time worrying about details, and more time relaxing and unwinding.

Will I pay more if I book through an agent?

Our fees are transparent. In many cases, you save more than you spend. We can work within your budget, and we always focus on making sure that you get a solid value in return for our fees.

Do you book group travel?

Yes! Do you have an upcoming conference for your business or a student trip? We can handle the details and ensure that you have access to group seating, entrances, and discounts. Please note, that when booking group trips, you should select a point person to work with our advisor. This helps makes the process easier for everyone.

How Much Does It Cost?

Just $150 per trip for up to four travelers. $25 per additional traveler. We would be happy to book your flights if you wish. There is a charge of $55 per person/per flight for domestic flights, and $65 per person/per flight for international flights. Any changes to the dates of travel after the deposit incur a $125 change fee.

How Much do I Pay to Start?

Once your credit card is on file, just the $150 to start working on your itinerary. Any other charges and deposits are due at the time of booking.

Is it Really Custom?

Yes! Each trip is completely tailored to you and your travel companion's needs/wants. We consider your tastes, preferences, dietary restrictions and more. It's as personal as it gets.

Can I give input into my trip?

Absolutely! We are at your service, making sure everything is to your liking. If something strikes your fancy a week before your trip, let us know and we'll do everything we can to work it into your itinerary.

What if a tour or flight gets canceled?

You will be notified as soon as we are informed of the change. If you like, we will attempt to make other arrangements for you. However, we are not responsible for any cancelations by hotels, airlines, tour excursions etc.. Which makes sense as we only book these things for you, we don't have control over the individual companies.

What if I'm disabled/have a large group/have kids/elderly/vegan/etc?

By all means, let us know! We've handled all kinds of groups, and complex situations. We're here to make sure no matter what your situation, you have the best experience possible.

If I already have some plans made is that ok?

Of course! Just let us know so that we can work them into your travel itinerary!

What if I only need you to plan part of my trip?

That's fine, just let us know what you need us to plan for you. We're happy to help.

Do you do bacherlor/bachelorette parties/honeymoons etc?

Absolutly! Romantic or Spicy, we don't judge!

Do you do LGBTQIA+ Weddings and Tours?

Absolutly! We work with a number of LGBTQIA+ vendors, and are happy to recommend friendly destinations for the perfect wedding, event, or just relaxing and fun time.

Do you do business travel bookings?

Yes. We are happy to organize business air bookings for a fee, as well as hotels, cruises, transfers, and excursions. Got an eccentric boss? Let us handle them for you!

Do you book hotels?

Yes. As a licensed Independent Agency, we can score you some solid hotel deals, but if Airbnb or VRBO are more your style, we can help book those as well.

Do you book flights?

Yes. We are happy to book your flight and lodging together, or individually. If we do book your flights, there is a $55/per person/per flight fee for domestic flights, and a $65/per person/per flight fee for international flights. You are of course welcome to book your own flights and let us handle the rest.

Can you book cruises or large groups?

You bet we can! Through our affiliation with the Outside Agents we can offer you some of the best promotions in the industry! We can even help you book pre and post cruise tours to extend your vacation even more!

What destinations do you cover?

Anywhere you want to go we can help. In these challenging times, we stay up to date on changing political situations in the USA and worldwide, and can provide a comprehensive list of destinations that are friendly to our LGBTQIA+ clients.
