Ohana Travel and Tours provides travel planning services for the fees listed below:
A one hour travel consultation is provided free of charge for all customers. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and to chat about your trip. What excites you about your destination? What kind of trip are you looking for? Etc.
Following that consultation a copy of our fee schedule will be sent to you. Please look it over and let us know if you have any questions. By booking with us you agree to pay all fees as indicated below.
This fee is separate from the cost of your trip and covers all included services offered by Ohana Travel and Tours. We will work with you to discover and coordinate unique events and tours, book dining reservations, and provide off the beaten path and nearby points of interest. Hiking trail maps, conditions and recommendations are provided as well.
Some customers choose to book their own airfare and notify us of their travel dates. Those that wish for us to book their domestic flights for them, we charge a one time fee of $25 per person.
Some customers choose to book their own airfare and notify us of their travel dates. Those that wish for us to book their international flights for them, we charge a one time fee of $45 per person.
If you wish to change your travel dates, hotel or airline after booking, you must do so within 48 hrs. Changes to travel dates, airline or hotel after that time will incur a $100 change fee each time a change is requested. This fee is seperate from any vendor penalties.
In the event you cancel your trip after booking, Ohana Travel and Tours reserves the right to charge a fee of up to 15% of the total cost of your trip. This fee is seperate from any vendor penalties. Customers may reschedule their trip at any time within 14 days of cancelation to receive a full credit of this fee towards their trip.
All fees are seperate from the cost of the trip and non-refundable.
